Alan adınız için Google Postmaster Tool hesabı nasıl oluşturulur?
Gmail'deki e-posta performansınız, örneğin teslimat hataları ve spam raporları hakkında bilgi edinmek için bir Google Postmaster Tool (GPT) hesabı oluşturmanız, alan adınızı doğrulamanız ve ekibimize verilerinize erişim izni vermeniz gerekir.
1. GPT hesabı nasıl oluşturulur ve alan adınızı nasıl doğrularsınız:
Google Postmaster Aracı'nı kullanmak için bir Google Hesabınız olmalıdır. Google hesabınız yoksa, lütfen bir tane oluşturun.
Google hesabınıza giriş yaptıktan sonra Google Postmaster Tools paneline gidin. Bu gösterge panelinden alan adınızı doğrulayabileceksiniz. Bunu yapmak için sağ alt köşeye kaydırın ve Ekle'ye tıklayın.
Açılan açılır pencerede, doğrulama için alan adını girin, ardından Sonraki'ye tıklayın.
A. Kayıt türü TXT ekleyin:
TXT kaydının değerini açılır pencereden kopyalayın ki DNS yapılandırmanıza eklenebilsin.
In your hosting provider's DNS settings, scroll to Manage DNS records and select TXT from the drop-down list.
In the TXT value field, paste the verification code you copied from the setup tool.
Click Add record to validate and save the new DNS record.
In your GPT account, click Validate to complete the domain verification.
B. If you encounter any issues, you can add a CNAME record instead of the TXT record:
Enter your domain name and click Next. Then, click on Adding a CNAME record.
You need to create a CNAME-type record in your hosting provider's DNS zone using the Host and Target information that was generated.
Insert the CNAME Label/Host line into the Name field in your DNS zone. Retrieve the CNAME Destination/Target line and insert it into the Content field in your hosting provider's DNS zone.
Note: For the name field, you only need to copy what comes before the domain name.
Once the CNAME record is added, go back to Postmaster Tools and click Validate.
2. How to grant us access to your GPT data:
To allow our team to analyze your deliverability, you must add us as a user for each domain.
Access to domain data can be given as follows:
- Sign in to Postmaster Tool
- Click on the 3 dots, then click on Manage Users
